Tuesday, October 18, 2016 - Decanted for 2 hours. Sour cherries, violets, autumn leaves, soy and dusty spice. Delicious palate, silly, lithesome with rocky detail but a soft touch. I really like the palate. Good acidity, medium structure, deep flavors of spice infused cherry. A little short on the finish, but this is a nice 07 with a soft texture, which for me is classic 2007 red burgundy.
