Friday, September 16, 2011 - Just a little disjointed showing some sweet and sour elements but was a very satisfying drink, although not a great DRC Ech. It was moderate of weight with notes of moss, compost, beef stock and ginger on the nose. In the mouth there was plenty of mineral character and the sweet fruit had a peppery edge. It finished with a little quinine like bitterness.
