Thursday, December 28, 2006 - At La Toque. A very nice showing. By no means a blockbuster wine, but amazing for its purity and definition. Medium ruby red with no sediment or haze. The nose was initially pretty restrained upon opening, but blossomed in the glass. Great minerality intertwined with red fruit. Perfectly balanced, this was enjoyable now, but obviously has a long life ahead of it.
