Saturday, October 3, 2015 - Double decanted and served over 4 hours. Reticent aromas of bright cherry, strawberry compote, cedar, new leather and a trace of sweet spice and menthol. Focused and pure in the mouth with balanced structure. Polished tannins coat the medium finish. Excellent and will almost certainly improve in 5-10 years. As to be expected, it fleshed out with air.
