Thursday, April 25, 2024 - Best right out of the fridge. Big rich nose of lemon, lemon drops, herbal mint, salty nutty and minerals; some lanolin and peach or apple - very expansive with good grip. Big on the palate as well. Not quite as good. Wnters with lemon and orchard fruit and then tons of salty minerality and some nuttiness. Deep with a lot of acid that is good at first but then shows through some at the end palate. Lots of lemon. Finish shows lots of lemon and is big but is somewhat simple and brutish. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4/6, Je be Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15.5/20.
