Monday, December 11, 2023 - One hour slow-ox, four hour decant. Black pepper seasoned sun dried tomato smeared on leather I get on the nose, alongside coconut cream. There is some red fruit on the palette but it is hard to decipher which, maybe red cherry. But definitely roasted herbs, rosemary, thyme, etc.
