Sunday, September 26, 2010 - Dark purple and the nose reveals black currents, oak, vanilla and spices. On the palate this wine features firm tannins, blackberries, cherry, oak, vanilla and spice and an intense, medium finish. This will cellar for more than a decade. Enjoy this with aged cheddar and a rib eye steak.
