Saturday, March 26, 2011 - We opened this a couple hours before drinking then poured through a vinturi. Really nice, big nose of black fruits with some hints of minerals. Palate reflected the nose - blackberry, black currant and some mineral on the long finish. Great with grilled steaks and mushrooms in red wine demi-glace reduction. A fantastic value at $50.
