Sunday, December 6, 2015 - This is an amazing wine. I gave it 3 hours to breathe, then drank it over the next two hours. The wine was at its peak between 4 - 5 hours. Deep, dark wine full of blackberry, cherry and blueberry flavors. As others have noted, the tannins are starting to drop off, so I would drink this wine within the next year or so.
