Sunday, January 13, 2013 - Fragrant, telling and a dense, concentrate nose which showed good level of weight even in the first sniff. The fresh, dense black currant fruits on the palate has also some integrated earthy, herbal notes. Nicely layered and structured wine, with gripping tannins yet rounded texture. The finish is long and lingering as well - a particular serious 2008 for me and will only improve with age.
