Monday, September 17, 2018 - The nose starts off with truffle, wet earth, leaf, thyme and dried pit fruits. Medium bodied, the tannins are firm, the fruit is bright and earthy. Even though the color shows age and you find secondary aromatics, another 5 years or more in the cellar should help soften the tannins and perhaps add a bit more flesh.
