Tuesday, August 10, 2021 - Wow - this has really come along in the last 2 years. Previously this had been angular and grumpy - now, after some air, it is showing its potential. Dark black fruit infused with a spine of fine tannins. A touch of coconut whispers on the finish. Serious stuff. Needs more time of course. Years ahead of it.
