Friday, October 23, 2009 - Very special smell of the flowers from Sambucus nigra- and Lime-shell. It is very refreshing with good acidity, and keeps the way in the glas fore a long time. Giving even more afte warming up. Its like it winn with som oxidising. A very new and intresting experiense. Match with fat and greavy fish. (Roasted ore grilled)
