Thursday, December 29, 2011 - Lovely deep dark garnet color. Nice viscosity evident in long legs. Bouquet somewhat restrained with a little oak evident along with leather, dark berry and plum aromas. Flavor is stronger and more well defined than the nose. The berry and vanilla come through load and clear with a finish that has leather cedar and a hint of chocolate. Great wine!
