Wednesday, March 28, 2012 - Ruby red with slight brown. Earthy / cough medicine on nose with a bit of cherry. Red fruit taste - a bit tart still with a bit of cough medicine. Nice smooth finish. Has developed nicely and is in a better stage than it was six months ago.
