Sunday, January 27, 2013 - Opened on Friday night this was an interesting botrytized sweet wine with a bit of barley sugar, decent but nothing special. 48 hours later kept in a domestic fridge it has some lovely pineapple fruit showing through. Quality now. Open at least a day before drinking.
