Thursday, April 19, 2018 - Part of a pinot tasting and my wine of the night. Decanted for about two hours. Classic Burgundy. Cherry and blackberry with earthy and leather notes on the nose. Rich smooth palate with next to no tannins, yet the wine holds together nicely. Long and perfectly balanced finish. So satisfying!
