Wednesday, October 4, 2006 - Light nose with roasted red pepper and plum. Light and very linear with good acids and an almost roibos streak. Lingering finish with green tea and curranty elements. A light wine, but good balance of elements and backings. Nicely paired w/ pheasant in broth with potatoes, poached eggs and topped w/ a gremolata.
