Tuesday, January 21, 2014 - Old for my cellar!
Opened with a waft of green olive, a bit unusual for something from this grape. Decanted and drank after 4 hours with Braised Short Ribs.
Beautifully balanced, Tannins are pretty mellow. Earth, leather and must. Thoroughly enjoyable
