Sunday, November 6, 2022 - Rustic upon opening. Saddle leather, mushroom, and some dried red fruit.
The fruit bursts on the attack with building tannin and moderate acid. Very wel balanced but intense.
This wine is a baby still and will be better in 5-10 years. Hard to be patient but it will pay off.
