Saturday, January 5, 2013 - This is a bit awkward. The fruit has shut down and there is a bit of astringency that permeates the mouth and lingers. Not surprising and typical I think. I need to give this some time. Probably about 5 years.

1/5/2013 5:01:00 PM - At least 8-10 before it hits its drinking window. P-C was one of the better wines out of the 2008 vintage comparable to the first growths of Pauillac. Your patience will truly be rewarded. The 2003 is drinking okay now, but if you need to give it a try, then that's the one. Or 1997 and 1999.
