Saturday, July 14, 2018 - 94. 2 hour decant. Deep dark purple to the rim. Nose of wet stone, and black currant, minimal oak. Expressive rustic palate, big dark fruits and tannins. Burly wine without being over extracted or out of balance . Built for the long haul but thoroughly enjoyed it at the 10 year mark. Drink and hold.
