Saturday, January 22, 2011 - Bordeaux 2008 UGC tasting San Francisco; 1/21/2011-1/22/2011 (Palace Hotel, San Francisco): Quite nice, medium dark fruit, good acidity and overall balance, good finish. This has the combination of intensity, depth, and structure that many 08s are missing. One of the best at UGC tasting for me.
