Wednesday, May 4, 2011 - Bibendum Bordeaux 2010 tasting including selected back vintages (Lords Cricket Ground - St Johns Wood, London): Black fruit, minerals, earth, nice oak tones - cedar, still some evolving to do. Not quite approachable at present for my palate.
