Wednesday, June 6, 2012 - Very nice golden color with an appetizing bouquet. Full bodied with a good mineral back bone and adequate acidity. Prominent flavors of honey, mint and apricot. Touch off balance on the alcohol but it does not take away anything from the pleasant finish.
