Thursday, December 27, 2012 - Drank Christmas night beside the Insignia 06. Of the two, the 07 was clearly superior, with minty aromatics and a silky palate of chocolate and cassis. Still youthful, this wine could use more cellar time, as I found the tannins more and more trying as the night went on. But very enjoyable now. Will be much better later, however.
