Wednesday, February 12, 2014 - Disappointing at first as the palate was a bit disjointed. After a couple hours in the decanter, this wine come alive. The palate comes into balance with a nice long tangy finish driven by nice tannins. The nose also sings with minty tones that continue to evolve. This is a wine that you smell and micro sip towards the end to savior the complexity.
