Friday, April 17, 2015 - Barossa Vintage Festival 2015.

375ml half bottle.

Poured two glasses.

From the open, muted nose, light fruit and light palate weight.
Left the glasses for two hours and came back to the wine intermittently to observe time in glass equal to increased fruit weight and body.

Two hours open, youthful appearance, purple rim, opaque black heart.
Aniseed, French oak spice from the glass.
Medium fruit weight. Red and black descriptors of strawberry, black currant, red cherry, leather, balanced acidity refreshes on the ever improving finish towards three hours. Last glass bursting with cabernet fruit. This requires years in the cellar to see its best.
