Thursday, December 29, 2011 - 14.0% alcohol. This has smoothed out with another 18 months in bottle. Full cherry color. Pretty nose black cherry, flowers, and spice. In the mouth, beautifully balanced and a seamless texture. It gently dances on the palate with cherry fruit, baking spice, and floral notes. Solid finish. This has resolved and hit a pretty drinking window quite quickly. A-
