Sunday, May 12, 2013 - Loved the aromatics here with dusty red fruits, dried tobacco, some almond, and cranberry. The palate has a nice freshness to it with cool cherry, some tabacco, earth and charcoal. I think Tempranillo is too often made dense and gloppy, and it's great to see that this hangs onto its spicy, elegant nature.
