Wednesday, January 12, 2011 - Transparent crimson. Floral bouquet of strawberry and pomegranate. Mild spice, cola and sweet white chocolate on the nose. Delicate, yet lively on the tongue. Strawberry and pomegranate on the palate. A soft transition into the stony midpalate to a bright acidic finish. This wine is beautiful. Supposed to be an off vintage. I look forward to many more from St. Innocent.
