Sunday, December 30, 2018 - Decanted 1/2 hr. The wine is garnet with medium legs. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. There's black currant (cassis), blueberry and bloody meat on the nose. It tastes like dark plum, blueberry, and rare meat. The body remains medium/full with a smooth moderate finish. A bit simple, though still evolving.... Nice food wine with meat.
