Saturday, June 24, 2017 - Decanted for 1.5 hours. Nose of blackberry liquor, smoked meat, pomegranate, and dried herbs. Black and blue berries, licorice, smoked meat, herbs and soft tannins on the palate. Leads to a very long finish. Rich, dense and layered. Served with barbecue beef brisket.
