Saturday, April 26, 2014 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 2 hours. Nose of blackberry, currant, blueberry, violet, mocha and cedar. Blackberry, blueberry, cassis, leather and fine, persistent tannins lead to a long, velvety smooth finish. Full bodied with a rich, dense texture. Paired with filet Béarnaise.
