Sunday, March 21, 2021 - 60 minute slow oxidation. A glorious medium gold and beautifully mature with light butterscotch, honeyed almonds, roasted hazelnuts, dried white flowers, and under ripe tropical fruits. There’s a toffee apple quality to the wine where the apple is heavily bruised and slightly oxidised. Rich, dense, and concentrated while retaining a sense of freshness. Utterly delicious.
