Friday, October 14, 2011 - Had at Marcel's in DC paired with a pork loin dish after a one-hour decant at the restaurant. Strong flavors of leather, tobacco, and a bit of menthol. In an ideal world could probably use a multi-hour decant or preferably 4-6 yrs in the cellar before opening, but quite open for an 08 bordeaux.
