Round entry, crescendoes into high toned cherry dominated midpalate with some ultra fine tannins on the long final. Acidity relatively prominent.

Because of the fine tannin signature and acidic character I'd advise drinking this with food. Tonight it paired very well with pulled pork off the bbq. More feminine than many a Priorat, but try as I may I do not find any evidence whatsoever of minerality in this wine tonight.
