Wednesday, January 12, 2022 - Open that bottle - Dan chooses 1997 The Maiden (My house): 30 minute decant. The profile seems dark and yet there is a lot of red fruit and acid. Spicy, leather, it has that soft Harlan structure that is both interesting and comforting.
