Monday, May 12, 2014 - Held up pretty well against the first wine of the night which is saying a lot. Decanted and poured. The first wine was an 02 Schrader so there really is no comparison except that while the Schrader was perfectly balanced, silky smooth and loaded with amazing fruit; the Cadence was more like a exciting conclusion to the night. A little tart and rough compared to the first wine but fun to drink just the same, as the two wines were such a contrast.
