Sunday, December 4, 2016 - Light yellow color with aromas of citrus. Penetrating acidity in the mouth with a softly caressing texture. Goes out with a long and delicious finish. Like a lemon squeezed over a chicken dish, this wine adds a delicious acidity to foods, such as a lettuce roll. Overall, good concentration, zingingly delicious, and delightful both by itself and with food. Excellent example of how good a wine the Falanghina grape makes in Italy and how well it keeps for at least 8 years.
