Wednesday, November 16, 2022 - Absolutely beautiful at this point, served at cellar temperature and let warm up in the decanter and glass. Tertiary notes are most dominant, but with still a very solid primary base and good stucture. Very elegant and feminine. Don't see any reason for aging this any longer, for me the balance between primary/secondary/tertiary notes is perfect at this point
