Tuesday, November 22, 2011 - This is my second time with this wine (3rd if you count a friends corked bottle) and it is delicious. I usually consider Bennett Valley to be more cool climate Syrah, but this has such personality and vibrant fruit. Obviously, the vintage helps in that. Great black raspberry fruit with some grilled meats and a nice backbone of acidity. Long finish. I don't know how well this will age out but I would drink over the next five years. Why wait? Delicious.
