Tuesday, December 15, 2020 - Deep Purple with garnet meniscus. High viscosity. Nose of plum and cherry with both smoked meats and gravel. Palate showed the same fruit, with the cherry being deep and a bit sour. Smoked meats also prominent on the palate. Great mouthfeel. Full-bodied and the tannins are still present, but not overwhelming in any way - balances with the Med+ acidity and shows both Med+ length and complexity. Very enjoyable at this point.
