Friday, May 25, 2012 - The nose is permeated by vivid and lovely minerals, pear compote and apple blossom. Palate is balanced, clean and has a nice balance between fruit, rather expressive oak and acidity. Good length on the finish. No need to save this any longer, it drinks perfectly right now.
