Recently had a Panther Creek 2009 Ribbon Ridge, a 2009 Archery Summit Looney Vineyard and last night a Utopia (2006). This is very nice, a typical lighter 2007 vintage wine, but with good flavors and a nicely balanced fruit and acid ratio. Red fruit flavors, not as much earth as the 2006 Utopia, but a nicely structured and rather refined wine. I think this is a good example of both 2007 pinots and of Ribbon Ridge wines.
