Likes this wine:

Saturday, April 9, 2022 - 12 years under screw cap and in perfect shape. It is one my preferred vintages of Roth Lay because of its acidity. It is still there, and the wine is really not much changed since its earliest days. It shows caramel richness, slight sweetness, intense minerality, some botrytis and kaleidoscopic aromas, including floral ones, and this great acidity. Great texture, so beautiful. Last bottle of a case bought at release. Holds even better than I thought, best on the second day where the acidity was wonderfully prominent, on both occasions drunk out of Zalto universal.
