Friday, March 26, 2010 - Pale yellow with a hint of green. Elemental nose of steel, dust, minerals, and earth. Despite the lack of overtly fruity elements, this is quite enticing. The palate continues the metallic-tasting theme, with near-spritzy acid, mineral quartz notes, a light-medium body, and a mudium length finish. Attractive wine of some discretion and interest. Don't know about aging this.
