Tuesday, October 12, 2010 - day 1 - fruit forward and generous, well balanced and simply delicious. richness but not so much a sensation of sweetness. day 2 - although the orchard fruit is still ripe and luscious, the fruit has moved into the background a little bit and the wine is more about earth and rock, brown spices, savory and unctuous. The RS is oddly more noticeable on day 2 on the finish.
