Thursday, January 31, 2008 - Flock - 70s Cal Cab Tasting (My Place): Ruby. Rich nose of currants, nutmeg, hazelnut and road tar is youthful - even creamy at times. Palate is full of freshness, verve and flavor. Currants, mint, cedar and spice carry into a long finish. Excellent. My WOTN, Group #2. Love it when a wine that predates me provides so much pleasure!
