Deep purple colour; the "head" dissipates very quickly; hard to judge as it seems to be just a red wine with bubbles and served too chilled (my fault). Should not be refrigerator cold as the mouthfeel and palate (after warming in the mouth) shows more interesting aspects (floral notes (perhaps violets) and maybe some cacao/coffee.
